Roses are red

Violets are blue

If the color of love is hue

What is that of friendship?

Blue.

Just like the skies and the vast bodies of water

Just like my blanket and my favorite warm sweater

Just as it is a part of the three from which all else are gotten

So you are a part of me, without hue I’ll be nothing

Roses are red

Violets are blue

If the color of pain is me

What is that of death?

Transparent.

Just like water in it’s purest of forms or air that is devoid of its impurities

Just like my mind when writers block hits or like the contact lens I use to hide my abnormalities

Just as it’s a part of life, an inevitable end to all who breathe

So also you’re a part of me, living without you will mean I cease to exist

This was so much fun Weirdo Writes
